There may be additional charges for products marked Free Shipping when shipped west of the Rockies.
Our Shopping cart will calculate shipping costs automatically at the time of checkout. The shipping costs are calcualated using Ups. We may be able to find a cheaper shipping rate if you call in your order.
Large items like equipment or pallets, Please call in your order. Our shopping cart is not set up for these items. We will get you a accurate shipping cost and contact you with this cost before we process your order. NO ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED BEFORE YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THE SHIPPING COST IS AGREEABLE.
Standard shipping for small items is within 24 hours.
Special order items such as stencils will require additional time.
Shipping of equipment & pallets within 2-3 days, special orders will require additional time.
Loss or Damage:
The carrier is responsible for any losses or damages sustained in transit. Claims should be made promptly against the carrier. Be sure that any shortages or damage are noted on the carrier's delivery receipt and initialed by the driver. We will gladly assisst you in securing an adjustment.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refund: Store Credit
Items must be returned within: 5 days
Restocking charges: A 15% restocking charge will be deducted from any credit issued.
Our policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it for a refund of the item price. Item must be returned in original packaging and in saleable condition. The buyer is resposible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. Maryland Residents will be charged a 6% sales tax
